There is a stall in Pasar Besar Seremban serve the best Beef Noodles in town and it is all over the forum.Since i am jus opposite of the Wet market...so...why not give a try?!The exact location is actually at the last roll of second floor. They still serve at bout 2pm where most of the other shops start cleaning and sum is even closed.....but the wet market down stairs is still busying.
I ordered the dry with beef slice version....they do have the soup version wit beef slice or internal organs.Skip the beef slice.The noodles is nice or i would say fantastic.Chewy and its texture is like the fish paste noodles but without fish relish.Coated wit generous gravy...slurrp......Is fab if added with a little of Chili source, it make the taste more outstanding.Love the idea that they added with peanut and sesame.
