Sanbanto cafe is a butcher shop....this is what i always thought.It is located just next door to kei tak sek @ SS2.Quarter of shop had been occupied with fridge that fill up with various part of fresh pork, sausages and bacon.Quarter is kitchen and the balance are tables for dine in.Hence the seats are really limited.Advised to make reservation before hand cos we nearly couldn't get a table there.
Carbonara spaghetti with slightly overcooked crispy bacon and ham.....
All i can say is they really fully utilize all parts of pork in their dishes especially pork fat.Just top up with few drops,it actually make ur dish much more significant and memorable.But due to health consciousness which is one of the huge and hot topic in our society....pork fat had been rapidly being replace with unsaturated oil.But there is a question pop up by my high school chemistry teacher.As we all know that saturated fat has higher stability than unsaturated oil in the high heat due to double bond form between carbon atom in unsat oil. When heat strike, double bond will be the first to be break.So....isn't that unsat oil will produce more carbon thn sat fat when heat is given??So is that sat fat is that bad at all??!! All the above are just purely base on theory. However commonly we knew that carbon is the one that cause cancer. so Think!! and eat at ur own risk ba....
When i had my first slurp of this spaghetti, the fragrant and relish of pork sweetness that stays in my mouth even after i swallowed....is so so speechless...Seriously it do give u a "screw the healthy talk" feeling....It would be perfect if it could be slightly creamier so that the sauce could coated on spaghetti.
For most Italian it could be a fail dishes as they not even meet their entree requirement. But for me the pork fat won everything....ngek ngek ngek.....we eventually finish the last spoon of carbonara sauce.

This restaurant is definately non- halal....cos they serve only PORK dishes...Love it!!!
Bro's Vanilla Milkshake.This is really one of the best vanilla milkshake i had.it is So milky and mild taste of fresh vanilla fragrant.Top with Chocolate vermicelli which give a little surprise while drinking.
My Strawberry Milkshake....Our table had order all milkshake which can prove how delicious is it.^^. Fresh strawberries blended with ice-cream and milk. Really tasty but pity that now isn't strawberries season as it is sourish.
Pork Burger serve with salad and fries.This is marvelous specially thanks to the addition of pork bacon. None of the other type of flash bacon can ever beat pork bacon down.Half an inch thick of mince pork burger meat, nicely fragrant and juicy...
Added credit to their fries as it is even better than the M fries.Cousin claim that they uses pork fat to fry those fries that's why it is so tasty....

Pork ham Panini serve with salad and fries. Panini that had bacon,ham,cheese,cucumber and also tomato and lettuce. Is nice...but not memorable.Can just simply make it on ur own at home.
Grill Pork Chop.....juicy and tender.Simple and taste of the original of pork relish.
