Oh....An old time treasure I found in Jementah, recommended by a doctor. After Malacca have been promoted to Bandar Raya where more and more tourists flooded in,those restaurant have busying upgrading themselve to attract foreigners. Thus this type of Kotipiam are slowly facing out. Moreover, those modernise franchise Kopitiams mushrooming in town and become popular especially among youngster who prefer to have air-conditioned and nice environment.I dun blame them as in i am part of them as well. In short, I am Young too....:P
But I always believe those places are only good for environment but not their food.Only those old, humble and undesirable restaurant will serve better local delicacy.

The 2 generations.
If you are sharp enough you would have notice there was no female customer. I visited more than 4 times and non i see a female, obviously except the lady boss and her mother-in-law. Where is all the women in this town in the afternoon??taking care of their kids perhaps.....Therefore, i never have my bread and tea dine in. So uneasy to eat with the eye sight from those uncle as if i am a weirdo.==
Anyhow, I love their Roti Kahwin( Kaya and margarine spread on individual toasted white bread then coupled them ). They are very generous with their home made kaya and margarine. Is so satisfactory when they ooze out from the bread after the first bite. The best time to have it definitely is when hot and crunchy.Sometimes or As usual will be more accurate, my eyes are bigger than stomach. However, the bread was not disappointing when it was cold. They were still soft but crunchiless. They also have choices of long bun and big round wheat bread besides plain white bread.
Smooth ever Teh-C hot( Milk tea hot). I recalled on the my first visit, the lady boss got so puzzled when i ordered milk tea hot and she thought for 2 seconds only shouted to the uncle who makes drinks.
The total of 2 pieces of Roti Kahwin and Teh-C only cost RM3.20.I could assure that u couldn't get this price in any places in Malacca not to mention KL.
The shop is located on the right if u come from Tangkak to Segamat but it is hidden behind a roll of huge trees.Ask around if u couldn't find the place. People here are friendly enough to assist you.
