A traditional shop that already exist more than half a century.I believed this is the second generation. And dad says their food was not as good as previous.Never try the former so no comparison can be make. However, Bak ki is pork soup in Hokkien. Some believe that Bak Kut Teh was modified from this cause this was the first version of herbal base pork soup.Anyway, this dish is not popular among the youngsters. It is more like our grandparent's generation kinda food. But if u miss the traditional dishes, this is definitely a memorable one.

Yam rice @ RM1.00.Slightly mild yam taste but was fluffy.Despite, I love the soup though. Not so strong of Chinese herbal that brings out the sweetness of the pork.Besides, everyone gets a portion by their own,not sharing as Bak Kut Teh.I prefer their way for hygiene purpose. Each bowl contains liver, intestine, pork belly, lean meat and tofu.I dun take Liver and Pork Belly. So, I specially ordered for Tofu,Intestine and lean meat only.If it is not pack, the boss will ask you which part u dun take. The lean meat was coated with a thin layer of tapioca flour to add extra smooth texture to the meat and the intestine was very clean as well as crispy.Yummy...RM5.50 per portion.
