Exploring with my new downloaded Windows Live Writer. The main advantage of this is posts can be written at anytime even with offline mode and then upload when there is internet access. Moreover, there is no need of pre-upload photos to photobucket or flickr in order to enlarge photos size in the post. This is definitely a good encouragement to write more posts!
Okies, back to the post. This is one of my brother’s favourite dish. Due to the old and dismal of their previous location, mum always dissuade us from visiting there. This have been years till i nearly forget about it.But now they have shifted to a proper shop.
Friend commented it as a very “complicated and messy” pot.A Bak Kut teh base with beef and internal parts in stead.
Shredded Beef slices that cook by the heat from soup. Soft and tender. Addition of beef balls is a must! I love it so so much. Bouncy, juicy and most important they are very flavourful. If u need a stronger relish, do try their homemade chilli sauce. Not too spicy. Even i can take it, so it won’t be any problem to all of u but U might think it has less kick.
A pot of 2 serving and 3 white rice with additional of Beef balls and fried bean curd cost about RM 30++. No complain.Anyway, who will complain that they are being undercharge???!!!
New environment. Spaces, tidy and much cleaner compare to their previous one.The new shop is located in Taman Perkota which is opposite Melaka Manipal Medical College, Jalan Munshi Abdullah. It will on your right if u come from Leboh Ayer Keroh.
Give it a try if u do take beef….
