For Japanese Buffet, I tried Tao and Jogoya. The former was an a la carte buffer where as the latter was one of the most famous Japanese Buffet in town. Jogoya was not too good but Tao was consider average for buffet style. I have heard lots of good reviews from U-maiya but their price is also “not too bad”-on the higher side. Recently i only found out that they actually serve a la carte buffet on weekend lunch as well. However, it is difficult to make reservation. Bro’s friend called them a week earlier but they have already fully booked. Gosh…..Thanks to his ‘determination’ and ‘consistency’, the manager gave us a hidden table at last.
Their foods were really good. Literally, i think this is the best Japanese Buffet in town at least better than the famous one. Food quality was comparable. And with their price, it is definitely no complain at all. No wonder they are packed on every weekend.
Something refreshing to start with.
This was a remarkable one. I think we repeated 3 times for this dish. Juicy and tender with the spike of garlic flakes eventually added extra aroma to the beef. Thumbs up!
Smooth and soft. The tofu was memorable.
How can we not having Sashimi?we had plates of it. Fresh and succulent. Recommend for their white tuna!
Oyster, fresh, sweet and mouthful. Not the best i have had but no complain.
Something different. A little surprise but no extra liking for this.
Rounded up the meal with sum ice-cream. Green tea favour was delicious, wasabi was good to try but it tasted slightly spicy. I still prefer sweet dessert.
Overall, their food was pleasant and it is only cost RM 45 ++ per person. The only down part was their beer, plain as water.
