Ramadhan Buffet @ Westin Hotel

Oppsss.....Is Raya already. And I am still "happily" neglecting my blog.;p.However,Wishing all the Muslim Friends Selama Hari Raya Aidilfitri!!Of couse non-Muslim Happy Holidays....

This was a company dinner.Don't think i will pay such amount of money to eat Malay food in Hotel. I would rather take in those roadside Malay food stalls that serve mouthwatering rendang and satay. After all, buffet is still buffet. Moreover, it is during Puasa.

Nice and cozy environment. I believed this was one of the Malays hotspot for Buka Puasa. Despite the price was on the high side, it was still packed. Food presentation was marvelous. Seriously looks yummy and delicious.I was cheated several times throughout the whole meal.Just the look!!

Grilled whole Lamb. Tender and juicy flash. No wonder it finished in a flash time. And there was no 2nd ekor. So grab this first.

Teppanyaki. Not memorable.

The mussels was pretty bad, not fresh.Succulent flash but smelly.-.-

Succulent but lack of sweetness.

Deep fried seabass. Thin flash, thick batter, like those ordinary serving in buffet.

Westen Dessert. Much more memorable than that of Malays. The Chocolate cake was delicious, very chocolaty and not too sweet. The Apricot pineapple scramble with wiped cream was good too...scramble was kept warm added with the cold, fatty, creamy wiped cream. Yummy....

Lastly, throughout the whole meal, I think salad was the most i took. The Ceaser Salad was significant. They have a very wide range of toppings. You can make use of the premix 1 as base than add the toppings you like. Or if u prefer other or less dressing, u could also pick up the greens and choose the dressing.
