Kedai Makanan Ah Heng @ Jalan Tiong Nam

This is one of the C.E.O’s favourite food stall and it really means a lot to us cause this is the first dining place he brought me on our first date.(o/s: who the hell will bring his gf to this “Belakang Longkang” place for the first date!!!!!).He feels so comfortable to be there but none of his friends will come twice with him.lolz…..not up to their standard.  It is located just behind Hotel Istana and just a small stall at the road side with plenty of tables and chairs.
A1
The Uncle/Boss/Chef who come with varies of delicious food in the pots. They serve the long lost traditional taste of the last generation. Is the feeling of familiarity and homed.
A2
C.E.O’s must order list--Curry Chicken. The superb Curry is full of coconut milk fragrant and the chicken is easily separated from the bone. Once, C.E.O brought his friend there and the friend says this taste exactly like his granny curry. Since then, C.E.O has been calling this dishes as “Nenek Curry Chicken”
A3
Brewed Pork Belly. The clearly layered of skin, fat, tendon and meat was such a great attraction for the eye. The pork belly have very minimum of fat but still very tender. For people who are very health conscious and do not like to take the layers and layers of fat, this is a good option.
A4
Some greenery just to balance up the meal.
A5
“Fu chok yee mai”—Bali with dried bean curd. We love this cause it is not too sweet but recently people have been buying it in bulk till they sold off at just 9pm!!The lady boss said this sells finish in minutes and I swear I didn’t promo this anytime before!!
This is the place that I am sure I can save from learning a few dishes from my list as long as they still open the stall. I can never cook better than them and C.E.O loves theirs so much, so…..XD.
