Wow....this is even longer in my post list.hahaha....this is a treat from me and bro for Mum's LAST year birthday.hahahaha......XD. I remember this was the first shot with my GF1 as i just bought it from Lowyat on the very same day.
Back to the post,this Is a well known Spanish restaurant in KL area.I had try out their Paella with Miss Ho earlier part,not impressive.However i am eye-ing on their roast pig as more then 75% of dine in had place an order for the significant dish.After dilly-delly,Mum and bro decide not too order roast pig but go for pork ribs.

Lemon juice and Watermelon juice.Cant be too fancy after all is still a fruit juice.
Parma Ham with Rock Melon.Parma Ham is nicely slice.Thin,salty n flavourful.Rock melon is ripe, in fact i find it is over ripe and too soft & sweet to go with Ham .It seems like both aroma fighting to be dominant....too complicated!!@.@
Parma Ham go with the complimentary bread is marvelous yet very filling.
BBQ pork Ribs which i can't remember it's name. Nice and tender,strong flavour of their special sauce that carry slight spicy.The salad that come with it is so sourish that i hardly can tolerate.
I would place my vote for this....simple tomato sauce pasta with ham.Strong tangy of tomatoes with addition of italian herb that bring this simple sauce to almost impeccable.Not to forget of their chewy Strozzapreti pasta which is not those chew-til-ur-jaw-drop-type,but it is slightly harder thn spaghetti or similar to a thicker type of Pan mee's texture. The pasta had fully absorb the sauce to make it so addictive!!
