Don Sushi @ Carefour,Johor

Don Sushi is actually a franchise japanese restaurant in Johor with 3 outlet. But this which located in Carefour, Tebrau is highly recommended by my JB house owner!!She and her friends go there almost once a month but they usually going for some special food of the season.As a routine, she will call up the manager and tell her how many of us going,than the chef will make preparation. So we went there the next day after USS with C.E.O.C.E.O is not into all those raw stuff,such a pity that he dun appreciate it.But does this means i can eat more....rite??!!XD

Blue plate, RM 6.50. Black plate, RM10.50.Orange Plate,RM8.50.

Lemon flavour sake,RM15.00. Nice with the strong lemon after taste.

Deep fried fish, RM23.90.The sauce is a combination of peanut butter and miso than sparkle with roasted sesame.Unique and mouthwatery!!If I am not mistaken the fish was some kind of dorado but it was deep fried so cant really taste the fish taste but it gave the texture mimic chicken.

Chicken Salad, RM12.90

Scallop Sashimi,RM110.00. Fresh and tender.YUmmilicious!!!

Bubble Fish Sashimi,RM180.00. The highlight of that meal. A very light flavour with the sweetness from the fish flash.

Yume Hana Maki,RM26.90.


Kajiki Sashimi, RM35.90.


Onsen Tamago aka hot spring egg,RM2.00 each.it Is not easier to make this so it is not in the menu and it is no guarantee the chef will make for u even u request it.Lucky that day,not much customer and the chef was quite free. So he agreed to make sum for us to try.Out of 9eggs,there are 6eggs presentable and only 3 of them are prefect.


Soya Scallops,RM45.00


Chicken Teppanyaki with Aubergine and onion.Sweet and ordinary.


Tori Kara Age,RM5.90

Sesame Ice-cream egg roll.This was specially made by the chef. Not a breath taking match but the sesame ice-cream was much of sesame fragrant.

There were 2 dishes not stated in the receipt. I believed they were compliment by the chef.The total bill was up to RM674.25 for 6 of us.With the food we have, seriously no complain and Thank you Chef!!!!!
